"PopImagine", "we", "us" and "our" mean PopDrop LLC. "You" means the person using the app (and, where applicable, the parent or guardian responsible for the child using the app).

PopImagine is a creative pretend-play tool. It generates fictional worlds — names, stories, items, prices, characters, and props — for children and families to play with. Nothing generated in the app is a real product, a real business, or a real offer to sell anything.

PopImagine is designed for kids and grown-ups to enjoy together. Grown-ups are responsible for their child's use of the app, including deciding whether to install it, print materials, and how it fits into family time. Sensitive actions in the app are gated behind a "grown-up check" screen.

The creations you make in PopImagine (names, stories, items, colors, saved play data) are yours. They live on your device — we don't claim ownership of them and we don't upload or store them on our servers. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, they may disappear; back them up if they matter.

PopImagine uses an AI model (via the Lovable AI Gateway) to help generate details for your pretend-play worlds. AI output can be inaccurate, silly, or unexpected. Treat it as imaginative pretend-play material — not real advice, not a real recipe, not a real allergen list, not a real price. Read anything you plan to act on in the real world with a grown-up.

Please don't use PopImagine to generate content that is hateful, sexual, dangerous, illegal, or that impersonates a real business or person in a deceptive way. We may block prompts or content that appear to violate this.

The Printables (menus, table tents, signs, badges, coloring pages, and other props) are meant for personal play at home, in classrooms, and similar non-commercial settings. You're welcome to use them for a school project, a birthday, or a neighborhood play day. Please don't use them to operate an actual business or sell anything to the public.

PopImagine is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, safe, and fun, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PopDrop LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of PopImagine. In any case, our total liability is limited to whatever you paid to use the app — which, today, is zero.

We may update these terms as the app grows. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you're okay with the new terms.
